This parcel is located on the East End of St. John, US Virgin Islands, and the Seller is offering the parcel as a single offering (purchasing a portion or part of the parcel will not be considered by the Seller).
The Seller currently owns a piece of raw land, consisting of an aggregate of 19.2 acres, located on the far eastern side of the island of St. John.
The Seller has developed plans that include the excavation and subdivision of the land, the development of roads, installation of underground utilities, marketing, and selling the land for resale.
